Publicly, pregnancy is romanticised, the problems are kept silent, because all of us wish to be superwomen, proud, strong, happy, untouchable … without any problems. But when the doors close and the phone rings, it all comes flooding out and the advice goes on and on. Thank god that it’s like this.

But there are so many women who don’t have such support as I do, who are alone with problems they don’t want to tell anyone about because they wish to be perfect, like our culture taught them they should be and that it is expected of them. This article is meant for all these women, to help them solve a smaller or bigger pregnancy problem.

SICKNESSES: So if you feel sick to your stomach, like I did for the first couple of months, ginger tea with lime is the best home remedy. If you swear more on pills, then there is Antimetil from ginger. It especially helps, believe it or not, if you eat several times a day, even if it’s only a cookie, apple or nectar, whatever you are okay with and suits you best. This way, sicknesses will definitely decrease.

VAGINAL INFLAMMATION AND WHITE DISCHARGE: The first step is to change your underwear, if you haven’t yet, and wear cotton underwear, which can also be very beautiful and sexy, instead of torturing yourself with artificial materials on your bum. SLO: Tabuji o katerih se ne govori v nosečnosti

Hemoroidi, krčne žile, otečene noge, vnetja nožnice in beli tok, slabosti, bruhanja, oteženo gibanje, bolečine v hrbtu, nespečnost,… Vem, tega ne želi nihče poslušati, vendar tako zgleda pogovor med dvema bodočima mamicama, ki si delita nasvete kaj pomaga pri nekaterih težavah.

Javno je nosečnost romantizirana, o težavah se molči, saj želimo biti vse superženske, pogumne, močne, srečne, nedotakljive,….brez vsakršnih težav. Vendar ko se zaprejo vrata in ko zazvoni telefon se plazovi začnejo valiti in nasvetov ni ne konca ne kraja, hvalabogu da je tako.

Poskusite lahko z magnezijevimi tabletami Magnezol, ki med drugim pomagajo tudi pri krčih v nogah, še bolje pa z donatom Mg, ki pa ga morate spiti na tešče. Najbolje, da pustite kozarec donata čez noč na polici, da mehurčki zginejo. Če so se hemoroidi že pojavili jih blažite s kremo, ena takšnih je Proktis-M, še boljši pa so topli kamilični obkladki, ki pa jih je potrebno uporabljati vsak dan pred spanjem če res želite da delujejo. Lahko prebavljiva hrana, ki ne povzroča plinov je pri tem ključna.

OTEČENE NOGE: Za zmanjševanje otečenih nog je primerna hladilna kostanjeva krema in seveda nujna masaža s strani vašega moža ali koga ki ga imate ta čas ob sebi, po celih nogah, čeprav zatekate najbolj pri gležnjih. Vsako uro ko sedate, vstanite in se sprehodite, da pospešite krvni obtok in razbremenite svoje ožilje.
